The electric pressure test pumps produced by our company (hereinafter referred to as pressure test pumps) are suitable for water or hydraulic oil as the medium to perform pressure tests on various pressure vessels, pipelines, valves, etc., and are also used as hydraulic energy to provide the required Pressure, suitable for chemical, construction, plumbing, petroleum, coal, smelting, shipbuilding and other industries.  

Electric pressure test pump characteristics: The electric pressure test pump developed and produced by our factory can be used in various pressure vessels, boilers, pipe fittings and other places where pressure test and strength test are required. The pressure value can be tested according to the needs, and the pressure can be automatically maintained. The delivery medium of the pump is generally clean water at room temperature. Emulsion, anti-rust water and neutral oil with similar viscosity to water can also be used. It is a replacement product of the current two-cylinder and four-cylinder electric pressure test pumps. The product has the characteristics of small size, compact structure, stable operation, safety and reliability, complete functions, large flow, high efficiency, etc., and it has a wide range of applications, strong matching and simple operation.

Structure description

The pump is transferred from the electric motor to the worm gear pair via the elastic coupling. Two eccentric wheels, a conductor and a sliding block are installed on the worm gear shaft to change the rotation motion into the reciprocating motion of the plunger. The four plungers are connected to the conductor, and the four water cylinders are fixed on both sides of the reduction box, which are symmetrical in order to maintain stability. The base of the reduction box is installed on the water tank, and the lower part of the water tank is equipped with four iron wheels for movement. The pump interface is equipped with a safety valve, and the adjustable pressure value is 2-3.5Mpa. When the test pressure exceeds the specified value. The safety valve can be opened automatically to avoid accidents.

Instructions

1. Installation after unpacking

(1) Install the roller. Put the four rollers on the axle (washers 20 are on both sides of the roller), and put on the split pins.

(2) Install a safety valve. Unscrew the screw plug packaged on the water collector, and install the safety valve in the safety valve connector M14×1.5-5H hole of the water collector (note that the copper washer 6 is added).

(3) Install the pressure gauge. Screw the pressure gauge into the pressure gauge joint nut next to it so that the surface faces the direction for easy observation. The value of the pressure gauge should be 1.2-1.5 times the rated pressure of the pump.

2. How to use

(1) Preparation before use:

①Put enough lubricating oil in the gear box to make the oil level reach the upper limit of the oil mark or a slightly lower position. The lubricating oil is black gear oil (SYB1103-62S). ②The transmission box on both sides is injected with No. 30 mechanical oil (GB443-64) through the refueling label. The oil level should be slightly higher than the guide rail surface under the crosshead, and it should be supplemented for long-term continuous use.

③Check whether the fastening bolts are loose.

Connect the pipeline of the container under test to the working joint of the water collector.

(2) Matters needing attention in use:

① The oil temperature in the gearbox should not exceed 80°C.

②If there is obvious leakage in the pump or other parts during work, it should be eliminated in time.

③If the volume of the container under test is small and the pressure rise is too fast, multiple test volumes can be connected together to test the pressure, or the water valve can be slightly opened to reduce the pressure rise speed.

④In the process of boosting pressure, if the pointer of the pressure gauge swings too much, it means that the volume of the pressure part of the user is too small. At this time, connect a pressure vessel with a capacity or other corresponding energy storage devices to the system.

⑤ If the volume of the tested pressure piece is large, it can be operated continuously to increase the pressure, and then the pressure can be increased when it is close to the test pressure. Pay close attention to the system pressure during operation to avoid accidental overpressure.

⑥In case of accidental overpressure accidentally, you can open the drain valve, relieve part of the pressure and then increase the pressure again.

(3) Operation steps

① Open the drain valve.

②Start the motor, run it under normal pressure for 5 minutes, and check whether the pump is running normally. If there is no abnormal sound or blocking, the suction and discharge conditions are normal and the working medium discharged by the pump does not fluctuate significantly, the drain valve can be closed and the pump can be started for pressure test.

③When the discharge pressure of the pump reaches or approaches the required pressure value, it should stop.

(4) Connection size of pressure test pump:

On the center line of the water collector of the pump, at a height of 770 mm from the ground, a working joint is installed. The relevant dimensions are shown in Figure 2. Please arrange the connecting pipelines according to this dimension.

(3) Operation steps

① Open the drain valve.

②Start the motor, run it under normal pressure for 5 minutes, and check whether the pump is running normally. If there is no abnormal sound or blocking, the suction and discharge conditions are normal and the working medium discharged by the pump does not fluctuate significantly, the drain valve can be closed and the pump can be started for pressure test.

③When the discharge pressure of the pump reaches or approaches the required pressure value, it should stop. After closing the shut-off valve, open the drain valve to isolate the pump from the container under test, and the container under test is in a pressure-holding state. If the container under test does not need to maintain pressure, just stop it without closing the shut-off valve.

④After the pressure test is completed, open the stop valve and the drain valve to relieve the pressure, and put the working medium back into the water tank.

Pressure test pump maintenance

1. The casing of the machine must be kept clean.

2. The water tank needs to be cleaned before adding clean water, and it is not allowed to accumulate dirt or other debris in the tank.

3. The lubricating oil added in the reduction box should be gear oil, HL-20 in winter and HL-30 in summer.

4. The oil of the new pressure test pump should be changed every 30 hours depending on the situation. After the lubricating oil is changed twice, the time can be gradually extended to 500 hours.

5. When replacing the cowhide washer, the cowhide washer should be soaked with linseed oil in advance.

6. When you stop working for a long time, you should drain the water, and apply oil to the outside of the machine that is not oiled, and disassemble the safety valve to dry all the parts, and then apply the oil and reinstall it. .

7. If it is parked for a long time, the unpainted surface of the plunger, guide rod, water tank and safety valve must be coated with oil seal oil or industrial petroleum jelly.

8. When the pressure test pump is used outdoors in winter or the freezing point is reached due to changes in climate, the water tank should be filled with appropriate antifreeze.
