The pipe locking machine is used to expand and lock the pipe fittings' end faces under normal conditions. It is a fully automatic hydraulic pipe end processing machine controlled by an integrated touch display screen. By changing the mold, it can perform various pipe end processing shapes such as expansion, locking, bulging, and upsetting. Users can freely decide to use manual, jog, or automatic processing modes. The machine consists of main components such as an oil tank, bed, slider, main oil cylinder, mold core rod (optional), limit oil cylinder, clamping oil cylinder, clamping mold, and axial oil cylinder, as well as axial angle iron. The pipe material necking is the process of reducing the diameter of the pipe blank's end. The pipe blank enters the deformation zone under axial force, where tangential contraction occurs, resulting in plastic deformation of the necking, and then it enters the stable zone, ultimately forming a reduced end diameter.
