This pump is used in all kinds of pressure vessels, boilers, pipe fittings and other places where pressure test and strength test are required. The pressure value of the pressure test can be locked according to the needs, and the pressure can be automatically maintained. Equipped with cleaning accessories, the machine can also be used as a cleaning machine. The delivery medium of the pump is generally clean water at room temperature. Emulsion, anti-rust water and neutral oil with a viscosity similar to that of water can also be used.

Main structure and working principle

This pump is a horizontal three-piston pump composed of a motor, a pulley, a frame, a pump head and a base.

1. Rack

The frame is composed of a fuselage, crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead, etc. The motor is decelerated by the V-belt pulley, and the rotary motion is transformed into the reciprocating linear motion of the crosshead through the crank connecting rod mechanism.    

The fuselage is a box-shaped cast iron piece. The front end is boring with three mounting holes to ensure the coaxiality of the plunger and the crosshead. There is a rectangular hole at the rear of the fuselage to facilitate the installation of crossheads, connecting rods and other parts. dismantle.

The crankshaft is an integral three crankshaft. The big end of the connecting rod is a split structure, equipped with a standard 175 diesel engine connecting rod bearing, and the small end of the connecting rod is equipped with a copper bearing to connect with a cross head pin.

The cross head has a cylindrical structure, and the two ends of the matching hole of the cross head pin are equipped with elastic retaining rings to prevent the cross head pin from moving axially. The cross head and the plunger are connected with a middle spherical structure to ensure the automatic plunger.

2. Pump head

The pump head is composed of pump body, suction valve, discharge valve, plunger pair and other parts. The pump body is fixed on the body, and the crosshead drives the plunger to reciprocate in the pump body, so that the working volume of the pump body changes periodically. When the plunger is in the suction stroke, the volume in the pump body increases, the discharge valve is closed, and a partial vacuum is formed. The working medium enters the pump body through the suction valve under atmospheric pressure; on the contrary, the suction valve is closed, and the working medium is output by the discharge valve and passes through the unit. The valve is transported from the external pipeline to the device under test until the required pressure is reached.

In addition, a visual pressure gauge is installed on the one-way valve at the right end of the pump head to monitor the discharge pressure of the pump.

A safety valve is installed at the left end of the pump head to protect it when the system is overloaded. The take-off pressure of the safety valve has been adjusted at the factory, and the user is not allowed to adjust it arbitrarily.

How to install and use

1. Installation

(1) Install the handrails.

(2) Install the motor starter and power supply circuit. (See Figure 6)

(3) Install the non-return pressure relief valve (this part will be removed and packaged separately by the host when leaving the factory). The installation position is shown in Figure 5. This part is connected with the three-way outlet of the overflow valve by a reverse nut (with specifications above 40MPa directly connected to the outlet of the pump head), and the connection should be sealed with a copper gasket.

(4) Install the pressure gauge.

(5) Use a high-pressure hose to connect the pressure test pipeline with the non-return pressure relief valve, and the connection should be sealed with a copper gasket.

(6) Install the water inlet pipe.

2. How to use

(1) Preparation before use

a. Add enough lubricating oil in the transmission box to make the oil level reach the position of the oil level indicator line. The lubricating oil is N46 mechanical oil (or 40# mechanical oil).

b. Check whether the threaded connections are loose.

c. Check whether the insulated parts of the motor and the starter meet the requirements of electrical regulations. In order to use electricity safely, the whole machine must be grounded reliably.

d. Set up a clean water reservoir and ensure sufficient water supply. Put the filter screen of the water inlet pipe into the water reservoir, taking care that the filter screen shall not be exposed to the water surface.

(2) Operation process

A. Operation of specifications below 31.5MPa (with overflow valve)

a. Open the pressure relief valve handwheel and the relief valve adjusting nut.

b. Start the motor and run it under normal pressure for 5 minutes to check whether the pump is running normally. If there is no abnormal sound and the discharge medium of the pump does not fluctuate significantly, the boost operation can be carried out at this time.

c. Close the pressure relief valve handwheel, and slowly adjust the overflow valve to slowly increase the system pressure. After reaching the test pressure, loosen the overflow valve adjusting nut to remove the discharge pressure of the pump, and then stop the machine (if the user needs it, do not stop the machine) , At this time, the pressure test pipeline is in an automatic pressure holding state.

d. After the pressure test is over, open the pressure relief valve handwheel to remove the pressure of the pressure test pipeline.

e. If it is used for a constant pressure output medium, the pressure relief valve handwheel should be closed, the relief valve should be adjusted to reach the test pressure, and the lock nut should be locked.

B. Operation of specifications above 40MPa (without overflow valve)

a. Open the pressure relief valve handwheel.

b. Start the motor and run it under normal pressure for 5 minutes to check whether the pump is running normally. If there is no abnormal sound and the discharge medium of the pump does not fluctuate significantly, the boost operation can be carried out at this time.

c. Stop, close the pressure relief valve handwheel, inching the motor to increase the pressure to the test pressure and stop, at this time, the pressure test pipeline is in an automatic pressure maintaining state.

d. After the pressure test is over, open the pressure relief valve handwheel to remove the pressure in the pressure test pipeline and the pump.

(3) Matters needing attention during use

A. For specifications below 31.5MPa (with relief valve)

a. In the process of boosting pressure, if the pointer of the pressure gauge swings too much, it means that the volume of the pressure part of the user is too small. At this time, it is quite good to connect a pressure vessel with sufficient capacity to the system (should comply with relevant national standards) Or other corresponding energy storage devices.

b. The pressure can be increased by means of pre-adjusted pressure inching.

c. If you accidentally overpressure accidentally, you can open the pressure relief valve handwheel, and re-boost the pressure after removing part of the pressure.

d. The test pressure shall not exceed the rated working pressure of the pump.

B. For specifications above 40MPa (without overflow valve)

a. If the volume of the tested pressure piece is large, it can be operated continuously to increase the pressure, and then the pressure can be increased when it is close to the test pressure. Pay close attention to the system pressure during operation to avoid accidental overpressure.

b. If you accidentally overpressure accidentally, you can open the pressure relief valve handwheel, and re-increase the pressure after removing part of the pressure.

c. The test pressure shall not exceed the rated working pressure of the pump.

Maintenance and maintenance

1. The lubricating oil should be changed once after the first month of operation of the pump, and the oil should be changed regularly every six months thereafter, and the crankcase should be cleaned at the same time.

2. The pressure test medium in the lubricating oil and water tank must be kept clean, and no dirt and other debris are allowed.

3. Pumps that have been parked for more than a week should be operated once a week under normal pressure, and each operation time should be no less than 5 minutes.

4. When the high-pressure pump is out of service for a long time, all the liquid in the pump should be drained, and all parts should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil.
