The pressure test pump has the characteristics of compact and reasonable structure, labor-saving operation, light weight of the whole machine, convenient maintenance, and greatly improved work efficiency.

Structure description

The pressure test pump is transmitted from the motor to the worm gear pair via the elastic coupling. Two eccentric wheels, a conductor and a sliding block are installed on the worm gear shaft to change the rotation motion into the reciprocating motion of the plunger. The four plungers are connected to the conductor, and the four water cylinders are fixed on both sides of the reduction box, which are symmetrical in order to maintain stability. The base of the reduction box is installed on the water tank, and the lower part of the water tank is equipped with four iron wheels for movement. The pump interface is equipped with a safety valve, and the adjustable pressure value is 2-3.5Mpa. When the test pressure exceeds the specified value. The safety valve can be opened automatically to avoid accidents.

The main features of this machine are compact structure, stable work, sealed and dust-proof water tank, large flow, easy to use, suitable for testing low-pressure or high-pressure large container systems and parts.

The pressure test pump system is a non-standard equipment. The industry needs of each customer are very different. The pressure test pump control system that is made is naturally different. It basically has the following functions (1) It has the function of manual pressure or automatic pressure. . (2) Sectional test procedures can be set within the pressure test range, and the system will automatically boost, shut down, and maintain pressure when pressurizing. (3) The system has automatic unloading function, container automatic unloading, emergency stop and overpressure automatic unloading function. (4) The pressure holding time preset during the pressure test can be set freely. (5) With real-time pressure display, curve display, time display, working status display, etc. (6) The system has the functions of pressure setting, calibration and software zero correction. (7) It has the functions of system overpressure and fault status feedback. (8) It has the function of automatically distinguishing the pressure-holding state of the container under test in the pressure-holding stage.

Electric pressure test pump operating procedures  

1. Preparation before work

1. Add enough lubricating oil in the gearbox to make the oil level reach the upper limit of the oil mark or a slightly lower position. 2. Inject mechanical oil into the transmission boxes on both sides, and the oil level should be slightly higher than the guide rail surface under the crosshead. It should be supplemented for long-term continuous use.

3. Check whether the fastening bolts are loose.

4. Fill the water tank with clean working medium, and pay attention that the filter screen must not be exposed to the water surface. 5. The container to be tested should be filled with working medium in advance.  

6. The pipeline of the tested container and the working joint of the water collector should be connected well.

2. Operation method

1. Loosen the red pressure adjustment knob, plug in the power cord to turn on the motor, check whether the machine has suction, then turn it off, and connect the pipes as shown in the figure above; 2.Turn on the motor, when water flows out of the return pipe, tighten the pressure relief valve, and then slowly turn the pressure adjustment knob down until the reading on the pressure gauge reaches the pressure requirement you need, then tighten the locking plate, and shut down ; 3. Check whether the reading on the pressure gauge at this time drops. If the reading does not drop, it indicates that the pressure resistance of the tested container is good, otherwise it indicates that there is a leak inside the container; 4. After finishing the work, you should loosen the pressure relief valve and the pressure adjustment knob, and then remove all kinds of pipes in turn, then turn on the motor and let the machine idling for about half a minute to drain the residual water stains in the machine; Wipe the surface of the machine clean with a cotton cloth and store it in a cool and dry place for next use.

Three, matters needing attention

1. The oil temperature in the reducer box should not exceed 80°C.  

2. If there is obvious leakage in the pump or other parts during work, it should be shut down immediately and the operation can be continued after handling.  

3. In the process of boosting pressure, if the pressure gauge needle swings too much, it indicates that the volume of the pressure-tested container is not enough, and a pressure container or other energy storage device that meets the domestic standard should be connected to the system first.  

4. If the pressure vessel under test has a large volume, it can be operated continuously to increase the pressure first. When it is close to the test pressure, the pressure will be increased again.  

5. Pay close attention to the system pressure during operation to avoid accidental overpressure.  

6. If overpressure occurs, open the drain valve immediately, and re-increase the pressure after part of the pressure is relieved.  

7. This machine adopts an open-type motor. When it works normally for a long time, the surface temperature of the motor shell can reach 60-70℃, which is a normal phenomenon.  

8. There should be a certain distance between the host and the water tank to prevent leakage and burn out of the motor due to splashes of dirt into the motor.  

9. The working fluid used by this machine should be non-corrosive, non-crystallizing, non-solidifying to copper and rubber, and the liquid should be clear and free of impurities.  

10. It is strictly forbidden to run an empty machine for a long time to prevent its service life from being reduced.

Cause analysis and troubleshooting of electric pressure test pump failure:

1. The pressure can't come up

a. Check if there is rubbish on the filter, clean the filter.

b. Whether the suction port in the water tank is exposed to the liquid surface, water should be added appropriately.

c. Whether the switch is tightened.

d. The connecting pipe is not sealed.

e. The valve port of the one-way valve is not sealed, and the one-way valve should be removed and cleaned.

2. Loud noise

a. If the bearing is damaged, the bearing should be replaced.

b. For the plunger, loosen the bushing of the connecting body and loosen it properly by one turn.

C The plunger is seized (replace the plunger).

3. Unstable pressure

a. The switch is not closed.

b. The connecting pipe is not sealed.

c. The pressure gauge is damaged, repair and replace the pressure gauge.

4. Can't absorb water

a. Turn the motor upside down, loosen the three hexagon socket screws on the piece 46, and gently insert the iron wire or nail into the small hole of the piece 49 so that the steel ball does not stick to the piece 49.

b. If the solution cannot be solved according to method a, remove piece 49 and replace the stainless steel ball or small spring.

Maintenance instructions for pressure test pumps

1. Ensure that the lubricating oil level meets the requirements.

2. Keep it clean. Always check the fastening of each connection part and adjust it in time.

3. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the pressure regulating valve at will.

4. Ensure that the inhalation of the liquid is unblocked, the liquid should be clean, and the filter should be cleaned on time.

5. If the test medium of the pump is water or emulsion, when the machine stops for a long time, drain the liquid first, and then pour anti-rust oil or winter mechanical oil into the pump cavity to prevent corrosion.
