How to use electric pressure test pump:

2. In order to improve the efficiency of pressure test, the container or equipment under test can be filled with water first, and then the outlet pipe of the pressure test pump can be connected.
3. During the pressure test, if you find a lot of air in the water, you can open the water valve to let the air out.
4. If any slight water mixing is found during the pressure test, the work should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair. It is strictly forbidden to continue to increase the pressure in the case of water mixing.
5. After the pressure test is completed, first loosen and open the water valve to reduce the pressure to avoid damage to the pressure gauge.
6. When the electric pressure test pump is not in use, drain the water in the pump and suck in a small amount of oil to prevent corrosion
Precautions for the use of electric pressure test pumps:
1. The electric pressure test pump should be placed steadily, and the connecting pipe with the pressure test piping system should not be too long.
2. The grade of the pressure gauge on the outlet pipe of the electric pressure test pump should meet the requirements, and a buffer tube should be installed under the pressure gauge. A strainer should be installed at the bottom of the suction pipe; a safety valve should be installed on the electric high-pressure pump.
3. The pressure test water should be clean, and the test pipe or container should be filled with water and exhausted before the pressure can be carried out.
4. When using an electric pressure test pump, the speed should be uniform and not excessive. If equipped with high and low pistons, when the low pressure piston is struggling to press, the high pressure piston should be switched in time.
5. When the pressure of the tested piping system or container reaches the requirement, the valve connected to the pressure test pump is closed, and the pressure drop is observed at a time. 6. After the pressure test is completed, the water should be discharged into the outdoor sewage or rainwater pipe network in an orderly manner, and shall not be discharged at the construction site at will.
7. When transporting the pressure test pump, the pressure gauge and vulnerable parts should be removed; when it is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and oiled and stored properly.
