The main body of the computer-controlled pressure testing pump consists of three parts: the computer control system, the electric pressure testing pump (customer's original), and the remote control valve group manifold. Among them, the electric pressure testing pump can conduct pressure tests after being detached from the computer control system, but it can only display and control pressure, and cannot perform data calculations or print reports. The control system is equipped with a UPS emergency power supply device. In the event of a temporary power outage, the UPS will continue to supply power to the control console. The test will be in a paused state. After normal power supply is restored, the test will continue. The UPS power supply only powers the main unit and will not damage the computer and software. A forced shutdown due to power failure will affect the testing progress. An integrated temperature and pressure sensor is used. Temperature is not within the control range of the equipment; it is only used for data collection and not for control.
The control console of the computer-controlled pressure testing pump is 40 meters away from the electric pressure testing pump (or adjusted according to actual conditions). The cable and data line are standard configurations of 40 meters or adjusted according to the project site construction needs. The distance between the tested pipe fittings and the pressure testing system is configured based on the actual site distance (the tested pipe fittings are placed in the pressure testing pit), and the testing pipeline is connected to the pressure testing pump system through the high-pressure remote control valve group's manifold.
The computer-controlled pressure testing pump uses an electric pressure testing pump with an automatic pressure relief safety valve, remote pressure relief via high-pressure solenoid valves, and a shockproof electric contact pressure gauge system for pressure limit safety protection. The computer-controlled pressure testing pump is equipped with a high-definition video monitoring system composed of four high-definition cameras, using advanced domestic network hard disk recorders and high-definition camera systems. Remote Sign In control (also available on mobile), through computer-controlled pressure testing software and high-definition camera systems, enables remote control and abnormal diagnosis of pressure testing monitoring.
