The crimping machine can be divided into hydraulic high-pressure pipe crimping machines, brake pipe crimping machines, air conditioning pipe crimping machines, and power pipe crimping machines. By function and mechanical structure, it can be divided into straight crimping machines, double-column crimping machines, open crimping machines, and C-type crimping machines. 1. It adopts a dual hydraulic circuit, meaning that both the piston movement and the mold opening and closing are driven by a hydraulic power source. This not only ensures smooth operation and quick return but also avoids issues like mold locking failure that can occur with spring return. Additionally, the locking system of the oil cylinder is designed to be through and through, making it convenient to crimp various irregular elbows.
2. The hydraulic system consists of a motor, oil pump, solenoid valve, pressure regulating valve, and hydraulic valve, forming a dual hydraulic circuit for forward and backward movement. Furthermore, a quick release valve is added to the dual hydraulic circuit to achieve faster oil return, with adjustable speed, reducing noise and system pressure.
3. As for the electrical control system, the control circuit is a PLC circuit, which is easy to maintain, convenient for repairs, and easy to replace.
4. The pressing mold and mold base are processed using a non-accumulating error technique, ensuring that the pressed products have uniform spacing and no size head phenomenon.
5. To ensure the mechanical accuracy and service life of the press, the locking mechanism components are made not only from alloy steel materials but also utilize a unique heat treatment process. Therefore, the longer service life of the press is closely related to the choice of materials, heat treatment, processing technology, and the rationality of the structure!

1. When using the crimping machine, it should be unloaded and crimped 20 to 30 times. Check all components for normal operation before use.
2. When using the crimping machine in winter, it should be unloaded and crimped 20 to 30 times to raise the oil temperature.
3. Press the open button to open the mold frame, select the corresponding mold based on the Specification of the crimped hose, and adjust the micrometer scale.
4. Place the hose with the joint in the appropriate position of the crimping machine head so that the entire length can be crimped at once.
5. Remove the crimped hose assembly and use a caliper to measure the outer diameter of the crimped joint sleeve. If it does not match the parameter table, fine-tune the micrometer scale until the next hose crimp meets the requirements.
