Electric Pressure Test Pump Manufacturer: What is the difference between electric pressure test pumps and manual pressure test pumps?
The manual pressure test pump is the main testing instrument for measuring pressure vessel equipment, with a high working pressure of up to 800kg/cm2. Any correct pressure within the range of 0 to 800 kg/cm2 can be used for hydraulic testing. It is widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, construction, pipelines, petroleum, coal, sports, scientific systems, shipbuilding, etc., specifically testing various pressure vessels and pressure-bearing equipment, pipelines, valves, rubber fittings, and other pressure-bearing equipment. The functional characteristics of the manual pressure test pump include: compact and reasonable structure, labor-saving operation, lightweight, easy maintenance, and greatly improved work efficiency.
Electric Pressure Test PumpUsage and maintenance;
1. Before starting to use the pressure test pump, check in detail whether all connections are tight, whether the pressure gauge is normal, and whether the inlet and outlet water pipes are installed correctly. The working medium for this pump is clean water, emulsion, or oil with a kinematic viscosity of 45 m2/s. Stop using unclean water containing sand and other pollutants.
2. To improve testing efficiency, the test container or equipment can be filled with water first, and then the outlet pipe of the pressure test pump can be connected.
3. During the pressure testing process, if there is a large amount of air in the water, open the drainage valve to let the air out.
4. During the pressure testing process, if slight mixing of water is found, work should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair. It is strictly prohibited to continue increasing pressure in the case of mixed water.
5. After the pressure test is completed, first loosen the drainage valve to allow the pressure to drop, to avoid damaging the pressure gauge.
6. When not using the pressure test pump, the water inside the pump should be drained, and a small amount of machine oil should be drawn in to prevent corrosion.
The electric pressure test pump is mainly used for pressure testing of various pressure vessels and equipment (such as chemical containers, pump bodies, valves, pipelines, etc.). Therefore, its characteristics include high discharge pressure, with general pressure test pumps reaching several hundred atmospheres, and ultra-high pressure test pumps reaching tens of thousands of atmospheres, while the flow rate is generally very small, mostly less than LM3/h. However, the small output flow will not increase the time required for pressure testing, as the pressure testing of the container is completed only after the pressure test pump is filled.
Usually, during the pressure testing process, the container needs to be filled with liquid first, and then a joint is left to connect with the outlet of the pressure test pump. Utilizing the principle that liquid can transmit force equally, when the outlet of the pressure test pump reaches a certain pressure value, the container will correspondingly experience this pressure, thus achieving the test pressure.
