A support sleeve that moves along the support is set on the support, and a slice is arranged via the support sleeve. The oil pipe fixing device consists of a fixed platform, a swinging head, and a sliding sleeve, with an oil pipe insertion hole and an oil pipe fixing hole on the swinging head. An oil pipe fixing bolt is set in the oil pipe fixing hole.
