1. It adopts a dual hydraulic circuit working principle. That is to say, the advance and retreat of the piston, the opening and closing movement of the mold are powered by the hydraulic power source. Not only does it move smoothly and return quickly, but it also does not lock without opening the mold like a spring reset.
2. The hydraulic system consists of a motor, oil pump, solenoid valve, pressure regulating valve, and hydraulic valve, forming two hydraulic oil circuits with advance and retreat movements, and adding an oil circuit from the quick overflow valve in both hydraulic oil circuits to achieve faster oil return, reducing speed adjustment, noise, and system pressure.
3. In terms of the electrical control system, the control circuit uses a PLC circuit, which is convenient for circuit maintenance and easy to replace.
4. The stamping mold and mold base use a non-accumulated error processing technology to ensure that the spacing between stamped lines of the product is uniform after stamping, without large or small bumping.
5. For the permanent mechanical accuracy and service life of the press, the locking mechanism components not only use high-quality alloy steel materials but also employ their own heat treatment technology. Therefore, the longevity of the press is closely related to material selection, heat treatment, machining technology, and the rationality of the structure.
I. Working Principle of the Steel Pipe Crimping Machine
The oil pump is installed on the oil tank, immersed in hydraulic oil to achieve the scientific design purpose of heat dissipation and quiet operation. The oil pump, driven by the motor, outputs hydraulic oil, pushing the movement of the plunger in the hydraulic cylinder, causing the mold base to radially contract, achieving the extrusion of the mold on the hose joint sleeve. When the shrinkage reaches the specified value of the micrometer, pressing automatically stops, the solenoid switching valve changes direction, the plunger in the oil cylinder moves in reverse, the mold opens, and the hose crimping is completed.
II. Installation and Debugging of the Steel Pipe Crimping Machine
Transport: The pipe pressure machine is transported using a forklift, suitable for the force applied to the bottom of the pipe pressure machine. It is strictly prohibited to tip the pipe pressure machine. It is strictly prohibited to lift the manifold, motor, or electrical box. Setup: The pressure machine must be placed horizontally on a stable foundation for grounding.
Oil Injection: Open the box cover and inject 68# wear-resistant hydraulic oil into the oil tank to the 2/3 position of the oil level gauge.
Power Connection: Connect the power line to the specified power supply of the pressure pipe machine, start the motor and observe the rotation direction. The motor rotation should be consistent with the indicated direction. If the motor's rotation direction is inconsistent with the displayed direction, please swap the positions of two wires in the power line.
Micrometer: Used to adjust the shrinkage amount of the crimped hose, counterclockwise half a turn reduces pressure by 1mm, clockwise half a turn reduces pressure by 1mm.
Pressure Adjustment: The stamping system pressure is 31.5Mpa, adjusted by the overflow valve. Clockwise adjustment increases pressure, counterclockwise adjustment decreases pressure (it has been adjusted at the factory, and can be adjusted by yourself if necessary).
Mold Opening Speed Adjustment: The speed of mold opening is controlled by the diverter valve. Clockwise adjustment speeds up the mold opening, counterclockwise adjustment slows down the mold opening. However, if the mold opening speed is too fast, noise increases, and the optimal value is below 10Mpa. (It has been adjusted at the factory and can be adjusted by yourself as needed).
III.Steel Pipe Crimping MachineMaintenance
The steel pipe crimping machine must be replaced according to the manufacturer's specified time, or visually check the oil level gauge. Hydraulic oil must be replaced when it oxidizes and turns black.
2. Regularly inject wear-resistant lubricating oil onto the moving surface of the mold base.
3. During non-working hours of the pressure pipe machine, please cover it with a dust cover to prevent debris from entering the mold frame.
