Steel Pipe Crimping Machine Installation Process
Steel pipe crimping machine andThe pipe crimping machine should be transported by forklift, and stress should be applied at the bottom of the pipe crimping machine. The pipe crimping machine must not be inverted. A dedicated lifting handle has been added for users without a forklift to move it easily. It is strictly prohibited to lift the pipe crimping head, motor, or electrical box.
1. Installation:Steel pipe crimping machineand pipe pressure machines should be placed horizontally on a stable foundation and grounded.
2. Refueling: Open the oil tank cover and add 46 hydraulic oil to the oil tank until it reaches 2/3 of the oil level gauge.
3. Power on: Connect the power line to the designated power supply of the pipe crimping machine, start the motor, and observe the rotation direction. The rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the marked direction on the motor. If the rotation direction of the motor is inconsistent with the marked direction, please swap the positions of the two live wires. Micrometer: Used to adjust the shrinkage of the crimping hose. Pressing greater than 1mm in the counterclockwise half-cycle, and pressing less than 1mm in the clockwise half-cycle.
4. Pressure adjustment: The pressure is adjusted by the overflow valve. Clockwise adjustment increases pressure, and counterclockwise adjustment decreases pressure (it has been adjusted at the factory and can be adjusted by yourself if necessary). Opening speed adjustment: The opening speed is controlled by the diverter valve. Clockwise adjustment can speed up the opening speed, and counterclockwise adjustment can slow down the opening speed. However, if the opening speed is too fast, it will increase noise, and the good value of Z should not exceed 10MPa (it has been adjusted at the factory and can be adjusted by yourself if necessary).

1. Add hydraulic oil.
2. Connect the power supply.
3. Install the required molds.
4. The motor switch controls the motor.
5. After starting, check if the motor is running clockwise.
6. Fine-tuning should be used in conjunction with the forward and reverse switch. If it rotates clockwise, it will be large; otherwise, it will be small. Then press the forward and reverse buttons again to stop working.
7. The "mold closing" of the forward/reverse switch decreases, and the "mold opening" retracts.
8. If the customer wants to disassemble and clean the magnetic suction switch, it must be installed according to the circuit diagram.

1. Replace the hydraulic oil when the hydraulic oil in the tank exceeds the manufacturer's specifications, or visually check the oil level gauge. If the hydraulic oil has oxidized and turned black, replace the hydraulic oil.
2. Always inject anti-wear lubricating oil into the active surface of the mold frame.
3. When the steel pipe crimping machine is not in operation, please cover the dust cover to prevent debris from falling into the mold base.
