Application and Production of Electric Pipeline Pressure Testing Pumps

Method of using the electric pressure testing pump:
1. Before using the electric pressure testing pump, check in detail whether all parts are tightly connected, whether the pressure gauge is normal, and whether the inlet and outlet water pipes are properly installed. It is prohibited to use unclean water containing mud and other contaminants.
2. To improve testing efficiency, the tested container or equipment can be filled with water first, and then connect the outlet pipe of the pressure testing pump.
3. During the pressure testing process, if a large amount of air is found in the water, the drain valve can be opened to release the air.
4. If any slight water mixing phenomenon is found during the pressure testing process, work should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair. It is strictly prohibited to continue increasing pressure in the case of water mixing.
5. After the pressure test is completed, first open the drain valve to allow the pressure to drop to avoid damaging the pressure gauge.
6. When the electric pressure testing pump is not in use, the water inside the pump should be drained, and a small amount of machine oil should be sucked in to prevent rust.
Precautions for using the electric pressure testing pump:
1. The electric pressure testing pump should be placed steadily, and the connecting pipe with the pressure testing pipeline system should not be too long.
2. The pressure gauge on the outlet pipe of the electric pressure testing pump should meet the requirements, and a buffer pipe should be installed below the pressure gauge. The bottom of the water suction pipe should be equipped with a filter screen; a safety valve should be installed on the electric high-pressure pump.
3. The water used for pressure testing should be clean, and the tested pipeline or container should be filled with water and air should be discharged before pressure testing can be conducted.
4. When using the electric pressure testing pump, the speed should be uniform and not too abrupt. If equipped with high and low pistons, when the low-pressure piston is difficult to pressurize, the high-pressure piston should be switched to use in time.
5. When the pressure of the tested pipeline system or container reaches the required level, close the valve connected to the pressure testing pump and observe the pressure drop over time. 6. After the pressure test is completed, the water should be discharged in an orderly manner into the outdoor sewage or rainwater drainage system, and should not be discharged randomly on the construction site.
7. When transporting the pressure testing pump, the pressure gauge and vulnerable parts should be removed; if not used for a long time, it should be cleaned, oiled, and stored properly.
