2D-SY type (6.3-80MPa) electric pressure test pump is mainly used in various pressure vessels, oxygen cylinders, pipelines, valves, steam boilers, etc. for water pressure test, new prestress processing technology and liquid high pressure source in the laboratory device of. It is the latest series of products designed by the joint design group of pressure test pumps of the General Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. It has the characteristics of high "three modernizations" of the old products, long service life, stable performance, flexible movement, and light weight. And on this basis, the transmission device and the cross conversion are added, so that the comprehensive value of this series of products fully meets the requirements, various performances are stable and reliable, and the use is safer and more convenient. At the same time, it achieves the effect of energy saving and electricity saving. In the product structure, a closed water tank is selected, which reduces the height of the whole machine and makes the appearance more compact and beautiful. This product is specially designed based on 5°-60°C clear water, emulsion and oil with a viscosity not greater than 45mm2/s as the working medium. The working environment temperature of the pump: 5°-60°C.

When selecting a pressure test pump, the rated discharge pressure of the pump should be selected according to the required test pressure. The flow requirements should also be taken into consideration.
Main structure and working principle
The product is a horizontal 2-cylinder reciprocating pump. It is composed of main components such as motor, reduction box, transmission box, water tank, water collector, safety valve and water tank. The pump is installed on the cover of the water tank, and there are four rollers under the water tank, so that the pump can move flexibly. The motor and the gearbox are connected by two half couplings. The speed ratio of the worm gear shaft and the worm gear in the reduction box is 2:55. The two ends of the worm gear shaft have eccentric shafts forming 180° each other, and the rotary motion is converted into the reciprocating motion of the slider and the cross head through the sliding mechanism in the transmission box on both sides. The plunger installed on the crosshead reciprocates in the water tank to realize the alternate suction and discharge process of the pump. Under the reciprocating action of the plunger, the working volume in the two water tanks changes periodically. When the plunger is in the suction stroke, the water outlet valve is closed. As the working volume of the water cylinder increases, a vacuum is formed in the cylinder. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the working medium in the water tank passes through the filter screen, the water inlet pipe, and the water inlet valve. Into the cylinder. When the plunger is in the discharge stroke, the water inlet valve is closed and the water outlet valve is forced to open. The plunger feeds the working medium into the water collector through the water outlet valve and transports it to the container under test to realize the pressure test.
The water collector is the control hub of the pump, which plays the role of control, measurement and protection. The water collector is provided with a safety valve, a drain valve, a working joint and a pressure gauge joint for connecting the output pipe.
The safety valve is an overload protection device for the hydraulic end of the pump, which has been adjusted at the factory.
