1. Purpose: This pump is suitable for testing boilers, pipelines, valves, containers and laboratories to obtain high-pressure liquid sources.

2. Standard: This pump is designed in accordance with the standards "JB/TQ453-463-86" and "JB/TQ625-87" of the new series of pressure test pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps) formulated by the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The performance and quality of the basic parameters meet the standard requirements.

3. Range of specifications: The pump of this system has the characteristics of low pressure and large flow to high pressure and small flow. The two flow rates can be automatically changed under the rated discharge pressure and can be tested at any value. The rated discharge pressure is 6.3, 16, 25, 40. , Five specifications of 63Mpa, provide convenience for users to choose.

Basic structure introduction

The pump has simple structure, convenient operation and easy control. It is composed of water tank, frame, plunger, controller, handle and work takeover. as the picture shows.

Four rollers are installed under the water tank for easy movement. The water tank is equipped with a water tank. The water tank is composed of a low-pressure cylinder block, a low-pressure plunger body and a high-pressure plunger. The low-pressure plunger body is also a high-pressure cylinder with high-pressure inside The plunger, the low-pressure plunger reciprocates when working through the handle of the linkage plate. The low-pressure cylinder body and the water tank cover are made into one body, and the frame and the high-pressure cylinder are installed on it. The sides are respectively equipped with drain valve needle and hand wheel, control valve needle and hand wheel and work takeover. A pressure gauge is installed above the controller. When the pressure test pump is working, the indication value can be viewed through the needle. A handle is installed on the side of the frame, and the intermodal board is used to operate the low-pressure plunger for reciprocating motion.

Use operation

Before the pressure test pump is used, check and adjust whether the connecting parts are loose. Whether the inlet and outlet pipes are unblocked and the water in the water tank is clean. It is strictly forbidden to use sewage containing fiber, sediment, and debris to prevent affecting the performance of the pump. After the inspection and adjustment are completed, connect the pressure-tested container to the work takeover. Close the drain valve needle, open the control valve needle, and then operate the handle to float up and down. Use even force to avoid impact, make the plunger reciprocate, and suck the clean water in the water tank into the low-pressure cylinder through the suction pipe, enter the high-pressure cylinder and the controller, and work The pipe flows into the pressure-tested container, and its pressure value can be read from the pressure gauge. During the pressure test, the pressure should be within 2/3 of the maximum indicated value of the pressure gauge. **The maximum working pressure shall not exceed the rated discharge pressure value specified by the pressure test pump of this model.
When the pressure of the low pressure cylinder is greater than 0.3Mpa, the reverse flow valve is opened to drain the excess water back into the water tank.

When the pressure-tested container needs to be kept under a certain pressure for a period of time, the control valve handwheel can be tightened. Close the control valve needle to isolate the pressure-tested container from the pump, so that the pressure value of the pressure-receiving container can be read more accurately. If a leak is found during the pressure test, stop immediately for maintenance. It is strictly forbidden to continue to increase the pressure to use in the case of leakage. After the pressure test is completed, the control valve needle should be loosened first, and then the water needle should be loosened. When loosening the handwheel, it should be done slowly and evenly to avoid sudden opening and damage to the hands due to impact.

Maintenance

When the pressure test pump is not used for a long time, the water in the pump should be discharged to avoid rust damage to the parts caused by water. And seal the water outlet to prevent dust from entering. When in use, the water tank should be filled with sewage that does not contain impurities such as fiber, silt and sand, and the water quality should be clean.
In the freezing temperature environment, when using, it is necessary to add antifreeze or prepare antifreeze to the water in the water tank. According to local temperature conditions, it is appropriate that the water does not freeze.

It is recommended to use denatured alcohol to prepare antifreeze, as follows:

During the use and handling of the pressure test pump, the pressure gauge should avoid vibration and impact to prevent damage to the gauge and inaccurate indications.

Failure analysis

1. When the pressure does not rise

(1) Check the drain valve, it should be closed but not closed, and the control valve should be open but not open.

(2) Check the tightness of the contact surfaces of the suction valve, return valve, low pressure valve, high pressure valve and discharge valve. The valve line should be tightly sealed and not sealed, or there may be jamming of impurities and water leakage.

(3) The water in the water tank should be clean enough, not clean, not enough, there are debris, yarn fibers and other debris blocking the small holes, filter suction pipes, etc.

(4) Some of the sealing rings at each contact are not sealed or some are leaking due to failure.

(5) Poor contact between the working connection pipe and the pump and container may cause mud and sand leakage.

(6) The pressure-tested container has the phenomenon of swelling, cracking and water leakage.

2. Unable to keep pressure

(1) After the control valve or the drain valve is closed, the valve line is not tightly sealed, and there is leakage.

(2) The contact point of the working nozzle is not tightly sealed and leaks.

(3) The high-pressure valve valve line or valve seat sealing ring is not tightly sealed and leaks.

(4) There is leakage at the contact point of each sealing ring.

(5) Leakage caused by cracks in the low pressure test vessel.
