S-SY series manual single-cylinder pressure test pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps) are specially designed for various types of pressure vessels, pipelines, valves, steam boilers, etc., as equipment for testing and obtaining high-pressure liquid sources in the laboratory.
The working medium is 5℃-60℃ clean water, emulsion and oil with kinematic viscosity not more than 45mm2/S. There are 8 models of this series of pumps.

Structure and working principle
This pump is a vertical single plunger reciprocating pump, which is composed of a pump body, a plunger pair, a control valve, a pressure reducing valve, a handle, a bracket, a water tank, and a sliding foot bracket. The pump body is fixed on the screw support. The bracket and the water tank cover are more tightly fixed on the water tank by screws. Pull out the sliding foot support at the bottom of the water tank to keep the water pump stable when working.
When the pump is working, lift up the handle to drive the plunger to move upwards, the water inlet valve opens, and the plunger cavity of the pump body is vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the medium in the water tank enters the plunger cavity through the filter screen, the water inlet pipe and the water inlet valve. When the handle is pressed upward, the water inlet valve is closed under the pressure of the plunger; the medium pushes the water outlet valve upward and enters the test container through the working connection joint.
The pump control valve is a check valve between the pump and the device under test. Close this valve to isolate the pump from the device under test.
The pressure relief valve can be opened at the beginning of the pressure test to release the gas in the pump. After the pressure test is completed, open this valve to release and adjust the pressure of the medium in the pump.
The working connecting pipe transports the medium to the device under test. The connecting thread with the device under test is M22×1.5-7H, and the gasket is an O-ring with Ø 16×2.4.
