1. 2. The pressure test pump is specially designed according to the requirements of hydraulic test. In the initial stage of the pressure test, it has a large flow rate, can quickly fill and increase the pressure, so as to shorten the experiment time. When the pressure exceeds 1.6MPa, in order to make the pressure test process more stable and slow. Then the flow is automatically reduced. Therefore, the pump has two flow rates at high and low pressures, and can automatically change. Any value of water pressure test can be carried out below the rated discharge pressure.
Installation and use of electric pressure test pump:
1. Installation after unpacking
After the pump is unpacked, rollers and pressure gauges should be installed. Put the four rollers on the axle (washers are on both sides of the rollers) and put the opening lock. Screw the pressure gauge into the nut on the upper pressure gauge joint so that the surface faces the direction that is convenient for observation.
After connecting the pipeline and power cord from the working joint of the water collector to the tested device, it can be put into operation.
2. Instructions
(1) Preparation before use:
a. Add enough lubricating oil in the reduction box to make the oil level reach the middle of the oil standard. The lubricating oil is black gear oil (SYB1103-62S).
b. Add 30 mechanical oil (our B443-64) to the transmission boxes on both sides.
c. Fill the water tank with clean pressure test medium. The liquid level should not exceed the upper end of the liquid level gauge and should be supplemented at any time. The pressure test medium is water or oil with similar viscosity to water, and its temperature should be 5℃~60℃ and should be slightly higher than the ambient temperature.
d. The range of the pressure gauge should not be lower than 1.5 times of the test pressure. If the range of the pressure gauge equipped with this pump is too large, please provide another suitable pressure gauge.
e. The device under test should be exhausted with air and filled with working medium in advance to shorten the pressure test time.
f. Open the drain valve, press the jog button, and open the pump for a test run. If there is no abnormal noise or obstruction, the drain valve can be closed and the pump can be started for pressure test.
(2) Precautions during use: The power supply connected to the pump should be equipped with a fuse, and the power supply must be reliably grounded during wiring to ensure safety.
a. The oil temperature in the gearbox should not exceed 80°C.
b. If there is obvious leakage in the pump or other parts during work, it should be shut down to relieve the pressure for maintenance.
c. When the discharge pressure of the pump reaches or approaches the test pressure, it should be stopped first, and then pressurized. At this time, the shut-off valve automatically shuts off the pump and the system under test and maintains the pressure.
d. The safety valve cannot be used as an overflow valve. It cannot be adjusted higher or lower. If you want to maintain a fixed test pressure during pressure test, it is recommended to install an additional overflow valve on the pipeline.
e. When performing pressure test on low-voltage devices (Pus≤1.6Mpa), the operating pressure of the hydraulic control valve can be
Lower the force appropriately; remove the cap nut under the hydraulic control valve, loosen the lock nut, and then properly
Loosen the adjusting screw to loosen the spring, which reduces the operating pressure.
Note: The operating pressure of the hydraulic control valve cannot be higher than 1.6Mpa.
