The crimping mechanism is the working mechanism of the machine. The compression sleeve is driven by the cylinder plunger to realize reciprocating movement, continuously compressing and relaxing the spring pressure head fixed on the mandrel, and put the assembled tube head, jacket and core into the middle circular hole of the spring pressure head. Turn on the motor, oil pump, and control valve to drive the cylinder plunger to move, and press the outer wall of the spring indenter with the same taper through the compression sleeve with the taper inner wall to achieve the purpose of compression. After changing the direction, the compression sleeve moves in the opposite direction, the spring pressure head is restored, and the high-pressure hose joint is taken out.
Instructions for use
1. The oil tank should be filled with 46# Great Wall hydraulic oil (the oil must be clean, otherwise it will damage the oil cylinder and seal) to reach 75% of the height of the oil tank.
2. Before working, put the enlarged handle on the working position, start the motor for three minutes, and run reciprocatingly for two minutes without load, and grease each mold base.
3. Add 20#-30# mechanical oil to each oil cup.
4. Before crimping the hose, the press sleeve, 19 (guide key), 13 (pulley), 22 (cone surface of the mold seat), etc. must be coated with high-grade lubricant (molybdenum disulfide) to reduce wear . Especially for the high-pressure hose above Φ32mm, it needs to be applied once every 20-30 crimped (not too much each time).
5. When crimping large flanges and large elbow high-pressure pipes and cannot reach into the machine, the enlarged handle can be moved to the emergency stop position. After putting it in, the enlarged handle can be moved to the working position, then the withholding can be carried out. When finished, move back to the emergency stop position, turn around and put it in, then move the enlarged handle into the working position for crimping, and so on. For general high-pressure hose crimping, it is not necessary to move the enlarged handle and place it in the working position.
6. After the work is finished, the mold base and pressure sleeve should be wiped clean and buttered, and the mold base and pressure sleeve should not be too close (subject to the fact that the pressure sleeve and the mold base are not in contact), then stop the machine and loosen the enlarged handle. Put it in the emergency stop position and relax the inner spring.
7. It should be noted that the enlarged handle must be placed in the working position before starting up, otherwise, the machine head will be crushed before starting up, causing the machine to fail to work.
Installation and use
1. The machine should be installed on the horizontal foundation of the workshop.
2. Installation and commissioning means that the manufacturer performs no-load operation and performs compression tests on the pipe joints to confirm that the design requirements are met before leaving the factory.
3. When crimping hoses of different specifications, replace the indenter with different specifications.
4. When oil leakage is found after long-term use, the seals in the oil cylinder and pipe valve system should be replaced in time.
5. The hydraulic oil is 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the oil temperature is generally controlled at 30℃~35℃.
6. The working conditions of the pressing mechanism should be maintained regularly to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
7. Adjust the ruler to a different scale to withhold the corresponding hose. At the same time, the ruler is also used as a front limit. When the cone sleeve is topped on the ruler rod (the value indicated by the pressure gauge should be the hose assembly withholding at this time). Resulting pressure), the machine will automatically stop withholding.
